It is important to know the industry, to read between the lines of a CV and never to neglect the human factor.

Christelle, who has worked on yachts for over ten years, is in charge of our crew selection. Her experience, her knowledge of life onboard and her female intuition help her to build a proper team, efficient and to the required standard.

We hire captains, mates, mechanical engineers, butler, deckhands, chefs, stewards as well as babysitters.
